Instawork connects businesses with go-to hourly workers near them. It makes it easy for everyone to work on their terms. It is driven by the vision to create economic opportunity for local businesses and skilled hourly professionals in communities around the world. Currently, their services are accessible in the US and Canada.
As a Sr. Product Designer at Instawork, I worked on multiple applications. Their customer facing apps include-
The Pro app — which is a marketplace for professionals (blue collar workers) to pick up shifts.
The Partner app — which is the portal business/partners use to create shifts and post them on the pro app.
Additionally, I have worked extensively on a customised tool for their Communication Operation tool. This is the tool their internal customer care team would use to solve tickets in order to provide a good experience to the Pro as well as the Partner.
