Instawork connects businesses with go-to hourly workers near them. It makes it easy for everyone to work on their terms. It is driven by the vision to create economic opportunity for local businesses and skilled hourly professionals in communities around the world. Currently, their services are accessible in the US and Canada.
As a Sr. Product Designer at Instawork, I worked on multiple applications for their customer facing Pro app, which is a marketplace for professionals (blue collar workers) to pick up shifts.
Additionally, I have worked extensively on a customised tool for their Communication Operation tool. This is the tool their internal customer care team would use to solve tickets in order to provide a good experience to the Pro as well as the Partner. My work is under NDA. Here is a glimpse of some iterations.
