First National Bank

 

First National Bank is a regional bank based in Ohio. They approached g2o to work on their customer facing experiences such as: account creation and purchase of other financial services online.

The Brief My Role

In the wake of COVID-19, First National Bank was looking for ways to improve the online experience of applying for products online (e.g., deposit accounts, loans etc.). This includes multiple scenarios such as:

  • Single applicant + Single product Flow

  • Single Applicant + Multiple Dissimilar products Flow

  • Co-applicant + Same Product Flow

  • Co-Applicant + Multiple Dissimilar products Flow

As a part of G2O’s team, we held interviews with bank managers, First Midwest stakeholders and their technology partners to better understand what these (on-ground) processes look like today to better understand customer’s needs and pain points. ​Based on the insights collected we worked on the use case flows, wireframes and multiple UI iterations.
